You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on subcitygroup.com, by giving your written consent on a rental application or agreement, or by texting us first and confirming you want updates. Consent is never pre-checked and is never required to buy anything or to receive any service from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us and the properties you are interested in.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation message and then no further messages. You can opt back in at any time by texting START to (862) 294-3030.
